Strawberry Fluff Salad Mousse Cups Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 packet (3.4 oz) instant strawberry pudding mix (can also use vanilla)
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- Optional: 1 cup mini marshmallows or crushed pineapple (for extra texture)
- Extra strawberries for garnish
Instructions:
- Mix Pudding Base:
In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant pudding mix until it begins to thicken (about 2–3 minutes). - Add Sweetened Milk:
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully blended. - Fold in Whipped Topping:
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until smooth and fluffy. - Add Strawberries:
Mix in the chopped strawberries (and marshmallows or pineapple if using). - Chill:
Spoon into serving glasses or bowls, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour to set. - Garnish & Serve:
Before serving, top with sliced strawberries or a dollop of whipped cream.
Tips:
- For a tangier twist, you can replace some whipped topping with strawberry yogurt.
