Strawberry Fluff Salad Mousse Cups Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 packet (3.4 oz) instant strawberry pudding mix (can also use vanilla)
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • Optional: 1 cup mini marshmallows or crushed pineapple (for extra texture)
  • Extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix Pudding Base:
    In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant pudding mix until it begins to thicken (about 2–3 minutes).
  2. Add Sweetened Milk:
    Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully blended.
  3. Fold in Whipped Topping:
    Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add Strawberries:
    Mix in the chopped strawberries (and marshmallows or pineapple if using).
  5. Chill:
    Spoon into serving glasses or bowls, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Garnish & Serve:
    Before serving, top with sliced strawberries or a dollop of whipped cream.

 Tips:

  • For a tangier twist, you can replace some whipped topping with strawberry yogurt.
  • Want it firmer like mousse? Use less milk or freeze slightly before serving.
