Family, Faith, and a Life Well-Lived
Today, the Duffy household is a whirlwind of love and energy with nine children: Evita Pilar, Xavier Jack, Lucia-Belen, John-Paul, Paloma Pilar, MariaVictoria Margarita, Margarita Pilar, Patrick Miguel, and Valentina StellaMaris. Rachel has said they never planned the number of kids — each child was a blessing that “just kind of happened.” Even baby number nine surprised them, but brought even more joy.
Valentina, the youngest, was born with Down syndrome and a heart defect — a reality that prompted Sean to step down from Congress in 2019. “Our baby… will need even more love, time, and attention,” he wrote. Being present for birthdays, hockey games, and doctor’s appointments wasn’t optional for Sean; it was essential.
Faith is the cornerstone of the Duffy family. Both Sean and Rachel are devout Catholics, and their shared beliefs guide everything from marriage to parenting. “Our family is only as strong as our marriage,” Rachel has said. Together, they attend mass, pray as a family, and credit faith for keeping them grounded amid politics, media, and the chaos of raising nine children.
From MTV cameras to the halls of Congress and the Fox News studio, Sean and Rachel Campos-Duffy have proven that love, commitment, and shared values can endure anything. Their story is a reminder that the most unlikely beginnings can blossom into a lifetime of joy, family, and unwavering partnership.
