A Heartfelt Loss in Hollywood: Heather Tom Says Goodbye to Her Mother

Heather Tom, beloved for her role as Katie Logan on The Bold and the Beautiful, has shared the heartbreaking news of her mother Marie’s passing.

In a touching Instagram post, Heather revealed that her family was by Marie’s side in her final moments. “My brother David, my sister Nicholle, and her all but adopted son, Michael, were all there to hold her hand, kiss her face, and whisper ‘I love you’ as she left us,” Heather wrote.

Heather remembered her mother as her “greatest mentor” and her “biggest cheerleader.” She shared warm memories of Marie’s vibrant personality — her love of Mexican food, margaritas, Elvis Presley, and her cherished toy poodles.

“Every day I will miss her,” Heather expressed. “But when I look into my son’s eyes — which are just like hers — I will see her.”

Heather, who has been married to musician James Achor since 2011, is the proud mother of their son, Zane, born in 2012.
