How a Tennessee Family Found Strength and Support After a Devastating Storm

On December 9, a powerful storm tore through a mobile home in Tennessee, ripping off the roof and pulling 4-month-old Lord from his bassinet. Inside, his parents, Sydney Moore and Aramis Youngblood, scrambled to shield their children from the violent winds. Sydney clutched their one-year-old tightly while Aramis tried to reach the baby’s bassinet. Within seconds, the storm swept away their home, leaving them shaken, separated, and desperate for answers.

Once the winds eased, Sydney walked more than a mile in the pouring rain to seek help, refusing to give up on finding her family. Moments later, Aramis emerged from the nearby woods—cradling baby Lord in his arms. Miraculously, the infant had landed safely in a tree and suffered only a minor concussion and a small ear injury.
