Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shredded chicken

  • 2 cups instant rice

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 can cream of onion soup

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 bag frozen broccoli

  • Panko breadcrumbs (optional)

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it ready for baking.

Step 2: Prepare the Broccoli
Cook the frozen broccoli according to the package instructions and drain it thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
