When my wife, Sarah, asked me to move out for a few weeks and stay away from our three-year-old daughter, Allie, I was stunned. I adore Allie — our days are filled with laughter, bedtime stories, and weekend trips to the park. We share a bond that feels unbreakable, one built on love and presence. So when Sarah told me she felt left out of our connection, I didn’t know how to respond.
