From Extreme Tattoos to a New Beginning

Ethan “ModBoy” Bramble, a 24-year-old from the Central Coast of New South Wales, has spent most of his life covered in tattoos and extreme body modifications. At just 11 years old, Ethan began stretching his ears, and by his teenage years, his fascination with body art had escalated into radical changes. Over the years, he underwent more than 40 alterations, including splitting his tongue, tattooing his eyeballs, removing his belly button, and having more than 200 tattoos covering nearly his entire body.

Despite his bold appearance, the modifications began to take a toll on his mental health. The constant scrutiny and social judgment led him to experience anxiety and regret. “I guess you could say I regret some tattoos… not just regret, but wanting to be perceived differently,” Ethan confessed on LadBibleTV’s No Filter series.

Now a father, Ethan has decided to take a new path for the sake of his daughter. He has been undergoing months of laser treatment to remove facial tattoos and tone down his extreme look. “I’ve been getting laser treatment for about 12 months… We do it in sections, and I’ve probably gone over the full thing six or seven times,” he said. For Ethan, this is not just about appearance — it’s about creating a life where he can be present for his daughter without fear of judgment or criticism.
